We have had a good experience with Stieg from both ends of the real estate - as a buyer (21 years ago) and then most recently, selling the home. Stieg gave us a very accurate assessment of how our house fit in the current market, what was needed for prep, and, very importantly, what not to do (subsequent research supported that decision). Stieg was also very responsive to my many questions.

We found Stieg online through a Christian realtor network, and he turned out to be a tremendous blessing to us! Not only is Stieg very friendly and personable, but proved to be a master of his profession.

We found Stieg initially over a year before we moved, and throughout the period of waiting, Stieg was extremely patient and supportive. He never pushed us, but was there for us the day when we were finally ready to move.

When we found out we were ready to sell, Stieg was always available whenever we had questions or concerns throughout the process. Also, Stieg provided helpful advice on house-prep and even provided a professional stager at no cost to us! This assistance helped us increase the value of our home.

Stieg had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process of our house sale, and we wholeheartedly recommend him!

We were in the market for our first home and found Stieg as a potential buyer's agent. He quickly made himself available to come to us and was patient with us as we asked him a number of questions to make sure he was the right fit for our family's home search. I tried to be very thorough throughout the entire home buying process so it was nice that Stieg accommodated that at every step of the way!

After hiring Stieg to represent us, we started looking at homes right away. We ended up making an offer on the fourth home that we saw and, with Stieg's help and guidance, our offer was accepted and we had a new place to live! Stieg is very knowledgeable about the entire process with many years of experience and his expertise helped to make a complicated transaction a little bit simpler and I could not have asked for a better agent as a first-time buyer.

Working with Stieg was great. We looked at quite a few houses in the area and he was available on short notice to look at a couple during A snowy evening rush hour in addition to weekend tours. He offered sage advice on the positive and negatives of each house as well as its listing price. When the inspection showed a potential issue, he brought in two contractor to assess the situation and solutions.

We were moving to Minnesota from out of state and did not know any Realtors. We wanted someone who was knowledgeable about the Eden Prairie area and could guide us in the process of buying a home.

When we contacted Stieg he was very easy to talk to. It has been many years since we last purchased a home and with his long experience in real estate Stieg patiently answered our questions and educated us about home buying process.

Stieg was exceptionally diligent in communicating with us and keeping us informed by phone, text or e-mail during the entire process.

We appreciated Stieg’s honest opinions during the home search, decisions about purchase price and satisfaction of contingencies phases of our home purchase. As our buyer’s representative we were confident that Stieg always represented our best interests.

I have never written an online review before, but I found Stieg online, and thought it made sense! I also feel compelled to on behalf of Stieg because of his wonderful work in finding my new home! I had embarked on the difficult task of buying a home in the Minneapolis area while wrapping up work on the east coast. Stieg gracefully and flawlessly (spotting potential issues and really nice details) provided honest and thoughtful advice and feedback about properties. Moreover, Stieg was great at keeping my family in Chicago in the loop. Being a lot closer in proximity, they came out several times to Minneapolis and Stieg was always warm and welcoming taking them to see different neighborhoods and homes while Facetiming me for the standouts. I truly didn't know if the whole venture would work out and was secretly looking into short-term rentals, but Stieg found me a beautiful home and really listened to what I was looking and hoping for. We saw a number of homes that were very nearly perfect and tempting to settle for, but Stieg was never pushy and always provided straightforward feedback to help me make a sound choice. I really can't say enough good things about working with Stieg and can whole-heartedly recommend him for your own housing search!
