I am a licensed Realtor in Kansas and Missouri with 20 years of experience, proudly helping buyers and sellers from all walks of life. My business is 99% referral-based, built on trust, clear communication, and strong local expertise.

Born and raised in a small town in southeast Kansas, I developed a deep appreciation for community early on—something that continues to shape the way I serve my clients today. After graduating from Emporia State University, I moved to Johnson County, Kansas, where my husband Mark and I have built our life together. We’ve been happily married for 30 years and are proud parents to our grown, married daughter. We also cherish the memory of our son, who passed away at the age of seven. Family, faith, and community are central to my life, and I remain actively involved in local schools and King of Kings Lutheran Church.

I am the owner of Darling Properties, LLC at Keller Williams Realty Partners in Kansas City. I specialize in helping buyers find the right place to call home, as well as listing and selling residential homes and land. I also enjoy assisting clients and friends with lake properties at the Lake of the Ozarks. In addition, I work closely with seniors and their families, helping them navigate life transitions such as downsizing, relocating, or adapting their homes to better fit new lifestyles.
