Stradford grew up in the beautiful state of Florida and was raised in Pinellas County. Stradford has lived in Manatee County for the last 23 years, and in the Sunshine State for over 40 years. As a longtime resident of the Tampa Bay area, Stradford is well versed in all the area has to offer and he knows the local real estate market exceptionally well.
Stradford was taught the value of discipline, hard work, honesty, and respect from an early age. Stradford is a self-starter and entrepreneur; he started his first business at the age of 12. Stradford graduated high school and pursued higher education at Florida State University, where he graduated with honors.
Stradford has always had an interest in real estate and a desire to help people. He appreciates the magnitude of buying or selling a home and recognizes it is one of the most important decisions, and often the largest investment a person makes. Stradford enjoys meeting new people, works well under pressure, prides himself on conflict resolution, is detail oriented, and understands the importance of good communication.
Stradford is married with three children. He enjoys outdoor activities including boating, fishing, cycling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
