Stuart Johansen

Stuart Johansen is native to the northeastern Minnesota he spent the majority of his adult life returning to the area to vacation. In 2003, Stuart was fortunate enough to move back to the area, lived on beautiful Lake Vermilion where he enjoys fishing, boating, and sailing with family and friends, and today lives in the rural community of Biwabik near the Giants Ridge recreation area with my wife Jody.

Stuart Johansen's background consists of more than 35 years directing sales, marketing and business development within the corporate world including the creation of Northland Realty where he was the principal broker and owner through the end of 2021 and will remain active as a Realtor while focusing more on our Range Property Management division that specializes in the propery management and leasing of both residential and multi-family home including rehab & construction.

Stuart has always taken great pride in building positive customer relationships, listening very carefully to his clients wants and needs, and making sure clients receive the quality customer service they deserve. As a real estate professional, he is always excited to listen and help both sellers and buyers with all of their real estate needs.
