Originally from Southampton and educated at The Lord Mountbatten school England, Stuart majored in Economics.

He has been visiting and living on Florida’s Gulf Coast for over 40 years. Having seen the development of our region from its infancy, he is passionate about helping others make the move here to Florida and find their dream home on this slice of paradise as he has done.

Stuart's career spans for more than four decades and has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and experience working in the sports and fashion industry.

Stuart Lawrence, travelled throughout Europe negotiating substantial sales contracts for many well-known worldwide global brands, Puma, Umbro, Burberry, Converse, Russell Athletic, BMW, and Coca Cola to name a few.

Stuart Lawrence also more recently worked in the golf industry with Ryder Cup golfer, Ian Poulter on his clothing line, IJP Design, when Ian reached No. 5 in the world golf rankings.

Stuart and real estate business partner, Laura Lawrence, are passionate about giving back to the LWR community through their love of sport, notably soccer, golf and tennis. Laura was Director of Marketing at IMG Sports Academy in Bradenton for 17 years, working with tennis stars, Maria Sharapova, the Williams sisters, and Andy Murray. Laura is also fluent in Spanish.
