Stuart was the on-duty realtor at Michael Saunders & Company when we wandered in on a Sunday morning in November not having any idea where we were looking for a retirement home, or when we would be looking to make a purchase. He took the time to talk with us about our interests and tell us about Sarasota in general and specifically the Lakewood Ranch area. He directed us to several local areas that he thought would be of interest to us and ensured he had contact information should we choose to follow-up on our visit. We left having enjoyed a great visit to Sarasota and wanting to learn more about the area. Stuart turned out to be a fantastic source of information about homes in the area, builders, activities, amenities, health care, restaurants, beaches and shopping. We could not have found a better individual to assist with our questions and our search. We returned over the New Years weekend to preview homes with Stuart and to meet with several builders. We ended our visit having put a contract on a new home to be built in Lakewood Ranch, and feel that we would not have made the decision without having such a good understanding of our options thanks to Stuart and his thorough work to show us what was available. He took the time to understand our desires and match them to existing homes and build options so we could maximize our time in Sarasota and narrow our search effectively.
