Stuart is well networked into community for offering not only a perfect fit in real estate for each client, but as well as all the detail that is unique to each buyer's purchase. In my relocating from the Southern end of California to this Northern end, his ongoing connectivity to local contractors, handy men, plumbers, etc., are an added bones I have not experienced with agents in past home purchases. This is an excellent individual with stamina to not miss an opportunity and can coordinate very well all that is in buyers very best interest. Stuart Nichols was our agent for the sale of our home. We have nothing but good to say of our experience with him. He went above and beyond what he would be expected to do. He explained each step for us as novices with great patience. He was very knowledgeable about all things real estate. Not only did he sell our house but I can truthfully say we made a good friend as well.

Lucky to have found Stuart on the internet. We were 1,000 miles away. Interested in a couple properties. Stuart arranged to show them to our daughter who was in the area. When we arrived the inventory was really low. He showed us a few and it was like having an inspector with us. He pointed out things we missed and knew what the properties were worth. We made a few offers, one he thought was overpriced but luckily the seller wasn't too motivated. Then late one evening he called all excited to tell us one just came on the market that he knew we'd like and we'd better act quick. It was a short sale and to make a long story short it took 5 months but we got it. He had arranged the pre-qualification and started the escrow. We've dealt with realtors who would have given up but he gave us pep talks. We had stuff in storage and bounced from place to place. He arranged for us to store items in the garage which saved us money. We've been in the house 3 months and love it. We were lucky to have Stuart on our side.
