Su Mei has been AMAZING to work with! Words cannot truly express how wonderful she is, but here are my thoughts. As a first time home buyer, I did not fully understand the complex processes involved. However, Su Mei’s professionalism made her very comfortable to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market, dependable and provided thorough explanations to all my questions. Even as I work graveyard shifts, Su Mei was extremely flexible with my schedule. She is selfless and always prioritizing her clients’ interests. Once we found our dream home, she was a swift negotiator getting our offer accepted in less than 24 hours! I’d highly recommend Su Mei to all my friends and intend to contact her again should we need to purchase another home! Me and my family couldn’t be any happier with the home we purchased, thank you so much Su Mei!

I walked into the housing market a novice, a new home buyer in one of the craziest markets in the world. I was nervous and needed time to see what was out there, what I could afford, and what would make me happy in the long-term. Su Mei was patient and gave me endless amounts of her time and advice. Not only did she show me all of the houses that I wanted to see, but she also took me to many more that I had not found for myself. Initially, it became clear that I wasn't ready to buy but Su Mei waited patiently for things to fall into place, and a year later when I was ready to start looking again she restarted the whole process with me. When I became demoralized after making an offer and watching it get lost in all of the other offers, even though she had warned me that this would happen, she encouraged me to keep trying and not to lose hope. When my offer was accepted on a house, she connected me to a broker who was also professional and closed escrow in under a month. Most importantly, after escrow was over Su Mei supplied me with endless advice on next steps, set up meetings with contractors to do work on the house, came to the meetings with contractors and even provided translations along the way. Su Mei brings professionalism and tenacity. But with her it is the genuine and honest treatment that she gave me throughout the process that made me feel good and happy in my decisions. Su Mei is the whole package; she provides the information that you need and fights for you and she also walks you through it so that it makes sense and so that you feel like you are making decisions on good ground. I highly recommend her. You will not regret it and you will probably make a friend in the process.

As a first time buyer, getting a house is very overwhelming - especially if you are looking for a single family home in the SF Bay Area. My experience with Su started with her explaining the process and terminologies. She also went through with me the downsides (atleast from her experience) of working with the lenders that I had thus far at that time. Those were very helpful. Throughout the process, she embodied the ideal buyer agent attitudes. She was never pushy and asking questions 2x to make sure I was convinced myself on the decision I was making. She was very patient too! Fast forward, I have now moved-in to my new house, and it wouldn't happen had it not for Su. I have recommended her to my close friends as well!
