From Phil and Laura: Being a military family, we are very familiar with moving and buying properties. Upon returning to Colorado Springs, we decided to buy our third home here. As we closed on this new home - our tenth home closing to date - Sue proved to be the best realtor we have experienced in almost twenty years of buying homes. Not only is our home beautiful, in the perfect location, but affordable in the very competitive market of D12. Her vast experience, professionalism and caring nature are hallmarks of her business and have set her apart from her peers. For over six months she treated us as if we were her only clients, though she bought and sold numerous homes during this time. More importantly, what makes her special is her ability to communicate to the entire family. During the countless house visits, her interaction with our children as we toured and looked at homes was comforting. In addition, she worked tirelessly to provide us information in an exceptional manner. Prior to the next day, she would have a list of homes and the schedule to see each so we could plan our day and week of home searches. Nights, weekends, or daytime, she was available to answer our questions or to find out details about home related questions. Whether it was a contractor for a remodel, a broker for working financing, or a great restaurant in the neighborhood that was kid friendly, her vast contacts of professionals and local knowledge was superior to other REALTORS we have used. We highly recommended Sue for anyone searching to buy or sell a property in the Colorado Springs area. From E.Peterson: I have worked with Sue twice to purchase homes in Colorado Springs. My first experience was as a single mom and I was quite overwhelmed. She listened carefully to my needs/wants and compiled an extensive list of properties that I could view online and made suggestions as to the properties she thought would be the best fit for my family. She showed me houses for three straight days and always had printouts ready for me. She thoroughly researched the market and answered all my questions in terms I understood. I was able to make an informed decision and bought the house I wanted without any issues. After closing, she continued to be a tremendous resource for me and was always just a phone call away.
