She made each process simple and answered all our questions, no matter how small/large they were. Fantastic realtor. Sue Ann sold our house the first day on the market getting full price. From the time we first spoke to her she immediately covered everything that we wanted to know and see in a realtor so we had very few questions. She is detailed,, very focused, and extremely knowledgeable about selling property. She worked quickly to get our house on the market. She provided an appraiser, services of an interior decorator for staging and a videographer. The video of our home was so amazing, making our home look beautiful. She was always available when we called with a question. She works real estate full time and is has a high energy level. We have not seen such a dedicated realtor in a long long time.

We started looking for a Winter home about a year ago and when we went to Kentucky in March to get a feel for different areas, we met a couple that highly recommended Sue Ann Stevens.
After we got home, I reached out to the agency and received a phone call from her the same day. She got the information of what we wanted in a home, and our search began.
When we were unable to make the trip to Kentucky to view 4 homes on our list, Sue Ann did a video walk through of 2 of the Properties.
We did end up purchasing one of the Properties and would highly recommend Sue Ann. She went far above and beyond our expectations!
Thank you so much Sue Ann, can't wait to enjoy our winters in Kentucky!

Sue Ann is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She lays everything on the table and will do the work for you whether you're buying or selling. I was buying a house out of state during this COVID crazy restrictions and once I was finally able to travel to Kentucky I was not disappointed! She is a blessing for anyone needing a realtor!
