As a licensed Realtor I have guided buyers and sellers through many successful transactions. The joy I receive assisting each client towards their own real estate dreams and goals are rewarding and very satisfying. As a full time agent I have been the recipient of “Rookie of the Year” in my inaugural year of 2000. Then went on to receive awards for sales performance. This includes negotiations with lien holders, vendors and potential buyers to a successful closing. Working along side my daughter Liz Difuntorum is a dream come true.
