If you are looking for a home in Springfield, Republic, Nixa, Ozark or anywhere in the 417 area her team is the best. They are well connected and extremely hard working. Everything you want in a realtor. They are on your side and help you navigate the buying and selling process and keep emotions in check. I would be shocked if anyone had a single bad thing to say about Sue Carter! I found her by luck on google, but when she came over to our home and introduced herself we were blown away. Our home for sale was in Republic Missouri, and she knew everything about the area.

We had already moved to St. Louis when we listed our home in Republic. Sue kept us updated as out of town buyers all the time. Sue would reply via text, phone call, or email any time of the day. She made our time sensitive decisions of going under contract well educated. We were first time home sellers, and Sue guided us through every question we had. There is no doubt in my mind you will be very happy if you pick Sue Carter to represent you!
