Working with Sue to purchase a home as been a wonderful, pain free experience that I would do all over again as long as she is my realtor. She is patient and most importantly always available when you need her. She has a wealth of knowledge that she passes on to you so that you are able to make informed decisions on such an important purchase. Going forward I feel I can still reach out to Sue for anything I may need as a first time home owner. I would recommend her to anyone. Dealing with Sue has been awesome. She has the grace and elegance in her demeanor needed for a real-estate agent. She comes prepared when talking to us and also most of all listens to what we have to say. When moving from out of state, we went with a company we trusted. We lucked out to get Sue and she helped us purchase our house. Since we had trust built-up with her, we went with Sue to sell our house. In my book one cannot go wrong having Sue as your agent. She is best we ever had. Highly recommend Sue!

The minute I spoke to Sue on the phone I knew that she was the right realtor for us. She is the best at what she does which made our experience both buying and selling a house a joy...yes i said JOY!!. She knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare to list our house, walked us through the entire process and found our dream home. She is a very responsive realtor which is what you want especially when time is of the essence. She works so hard on your behalf so you can enjoy the process instead of worrying about every little detail. We loved our experience with Sue and so will you!!!

We recently sold our house with Sue Dubrow and Coldwell Banker. Sue had come highly recommended to my husband and myself. I am so glad we were able to connect with Sue. Sue returned our call immediately to set up an appointment to review our house and was right on time. From the time she stepped on our property she let us talk about our home and provided some recommendations on how to enhance our property to be sold. Sue’s marketing strategies were wonderful. We knew we were in the right hands, when we had seen our house listed on all internet sites, magazines, postcards, newspapers and TV. The pictures and write up on our home brought in a lot of potential buyers. Sue is very knowledgeable realtor with an easygoing personality. She is also very patient as she guided my husband and I throughout the entire selling processes. She provided reminders on when we had to meet specific deadlines and worked around our schedule. After living in our house for almost 30 years she made us feel comfortable and she treated our home as if it were her own. I wish everyone had Sue’s work ethic and knowledge. Coldwell Banker should be proud to know that they have such a valuable employee representing them. If I could rate Sue 100 stars I would. I appreciate all that Sue had done for my husband and myself and know that if in the future we should sell or need to buy a house Sue is the only person I’ll be calling. My husband and I worked with Sue to sell our house and buy a new home last spring. We had the greatest experience! She was knowledgeable in both buying and selling homes, kind and patient. She was always available to take our phone calls and answer any questions we had. She met with us prior to listing our home on the market and reviewed the open house process. Our open house was the first day our home was on the market and we got SEVEN offers In the first day, which gave us the opportunity to sell our home over our asking price!! Since we were able to sell our home quickly, Sue gave us (what felt like) her undivided attention to help us find our next house. She helped us narrow down our search tailored to what we were looking for, and were able to find the home of our dreams within. Few short weeks! She was present through the entire buying process and even asked some questions to the seller that my husband and I didn’t even think of. She made sure we felt reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process.. it’s a shame we wont be working with her soon, but she found us an amazing home! You will not be disappointed working with Sue!!!
