Sue Gerace

Sue is a full time REALTOR/BROKER, owning her own company, and has been a member of the Middlesex/New Haven Association of Realtors, CT Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors since 2003, providing services to a variety of home buyers and sellers. A large part of her job is to keep the transaction moving smoothly and alleviate some of the stresses in the home buying and selling process. Sue loves seeing people be able to recognize their dream. She is down to earth, straight forward and works hard for her clients. Sue has designations in negotiating and home staging, and HAFA short sales and working with seniors.
