With over 20 years of experience in the Maryland real estate market, my portfolio includes listings, buyer / renter representation, foreclosures, and rental properties. My approach is simple: effective communication is everything, there is no mountain too high, and doing the right thing comes above all else. I devote time to all my clients during every step of the buying and / or selling process including home staging, curb appeal, and photography; social media marketing, professional brochures, and open houses; contract negotiation; assistance with inspections; and advising throughout the loan approval process. While Anne Arundel County and the Annapolis area continue to be my target market, I also have a plethora of experience with surrounding counties and the Eastern Shore. I truly enjoy working with seasoned homeowners and first-time home buyers alike, educating on current purchasing and listing processes. I’ve also assisted many newly transferred veterans become acclimated to the region and find a new place to call home - it is a great honor to serve those who have served our nation. Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, I’m passionate about the water and the outdoors enjoying boating and hiking. Previous experience includes professional home staging for a custom home builder as well as landscape architecture, and I look forward to bringing these areas of expertise to each of my listings.
