Sue Knapp loves where she lives; it is as simple as that. The ability to share her love of the shoreline and all that greater New Haven County has to offer is why she loves what she does. She has a degree in Marketing & Communications from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA, with over 25 years’ sales experience in direct marketing, consumer and inside sales. As a full time, Realtor, she is a highly dedicated professional and will consistently go the extra mile for her clients in order to help them buy or sell their home. She knows what needs to happen to make sure the process of selling and/or purchasing a home happens smoothly and efficiently for all parties involved. Her job is to take the stress of selling / buying of a home off her clients and help to facilitate a smooth, worry free, transaction.
Sue’s family has spent their summers on the shoreline community of Mulberry Point since the 1980’s, and when the opportunity presented itself in 2000 to move from New Jersey to Guilford, they packed up the family, and never looked back. Her husband John and she have raised their three children through the Guilford school system and have been involved with many community organizations along the way. She is proud to say that she has been co-president of the Midfielders, Fundraising Chairperson for both the Guilford Soccer Fest Tournament and the GHS Touchdown Club and co-chairperson for the 2012 GHS Project Graduation. She helped initiate a paperless registration and payment system that is still in effect today! It was through these various organizations that she learned just how special Guilford and its neighboring towns are. To say she is excited to be where she is today would be an understatement.
