About Sue
Real estate is in her DNA. Sue’s exposure to the industry began at an early age, well before joining her father’s Bay Area brokerage firm 26 years ago. Sue’s rich and diverse background includes employment with a national real estate law firm in Chicago, international multi-media advertising and marketing with such notable companies as the Gap, and international corporate sales, and senior management positions. Sue is proud of her real estate heritage and her ability to draw upon her family's 50 years of real estate legacy. Sue’s business has flourished as a result of her sharp negotiation skills, coupled with her genuine concern for the well-being of each of her clients. Sue is especially sensitive to the needs of her senior and trust sales clientele. As the primary contact for her parents, aged 90 and 92, Sue understands firsthand the sensitivity and finesse needed to assist transitioning seniors, and the emotional and fiscal needs of their families.
Be it first time buyer, seasoned real estate veteran, or high-end investor, you can rely upon Sue’s extensive real estate and design expertise, detailed focus, and personal touch when navigating through the most challenging of circumstances. Sue is proud of her achievements and is grateful for the generous referrals she receives as a result from her satisfied clients.
Sue has closed countless residential and investment property transactions and is well-versed in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Born and raised on the Peninsula, Sue is an alum of San Francisco State University, and is the proud mom of two amazing teenagers. Sue is also conversant in Spanish.
Sue is passionate about giving back to the community. She is on the board of three non-profit agencies, including a women’s group that raises funds for third-world orphanages and the St. Francis Center of Redwood City, an agency that provides food, clothing, and shelter to over 3,000 under-served members of our community.
Sue understands that it takes a village to provide assistance to individuals and families in need. In addition to chairing annual auctions on their behalf, she acquired the land on which the Siena Youth Center now stands, as well as several off-market apartment buildings intended for low-income housing. Sue has also served as chair of the Sequoia High School Athletic Scholarship Committee.
