Sue not only has been very professional, but has gone out of her way to explain the process and educate a first time home buyer! Sue has shown patience and understanding and was very knowledgable when showing benefits or red flags during our house searches! Sue helped me to define my needs in a house and its location- though I did drag her almost all over CT!
