Sue moved to Colorado in 1985 from the Chicago area and has never looked back (although she still believes it is still a great place to visit!). Sue has lived in Capital Hill, Cherry Creek, Park Hill, DU/Wash Park, Littleton, and Centennial and has helped clients buy and sell property throughout the entire metro area. Sue is constantly aligning and leveraging her 22-year career in the “corporate world” of Customer Relationship Management Consulting with her 10+ years in Real Estate. With 30 years’ experience developing and managing customer relationships, Sue understands the heart and success of any relationship is taking the time to truly understand her client’s needs and expectations - both stated and unstated - in a timely, efficient, and effective manner, communicating effectively along the way. Sue represents her clients’ best interest in everything she does on their behalf, NO EXCEPTIONS. Her experience in Corporate Leadership has driven Sue to develop both shrewd process/project management and negotiation skills. Combining her experience with her passion for people and real estate has been a goal of hers as long as she can remember. As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the South Metro Denver Board of Realtors, Sue stands firmly behind the Ethical Principals and Standards of the real estate industry. Sue loves everything the outdoors has to offer, especially if it includes a challenge. She has climbed 26 of the 54 “14er’s”, enjoys back-country skiing/snowshoeing, biking (including the Courage Classic), hiking, and skiing. Sue is a breast cancer survivor, which has helped her to realize how critical it is to focus on what is important in life. Some fun facts about Sue: She swims one mile every Friday, can solve a Rubik’s cube in under a minute, makes Baked Alaska every year for her husband’s birthday, is a huge supporter of DU Lacrosse and loves kids!
