Buying her first home from her realtor friend sparked Sue's interest for the real estate industry. Her friend insisted she pursue real estate because of her excellent, detailed customer service skills and her charming, friendly personality. Raised in Chicago, Sue moved to Sarasota and has not looked back. Where else on earth can you reside and work and be close to the most beautiful beaches in the country? Before getting into the real estate business in 2016, Sue previously was an executive assistant in the health care industry. Sue graduated from The University of Illinois at Chicago and speaks fluent Spanish. Sue is licensed in 2 states. Sue holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers license and a Texas Sales Agent License.
Sue is also the proud previous owner of the famous round house in Sarasota. She spent 4 years restoring the round house from top to bottom. Due to her amazing marketing efforts on the round house, she was able to sell the home for the highest priced home in the community. She has a passion of restoring and selling Mid Century Modern homes and furniture.
Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is Sue's passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her the most. Naturally, Sue enjoys staying healthy by working out daily. Sue's love for animals have involved her as a volunteer for various animal shelters in Illinois. As a Sarasota resident, Sue enjoys the beach and great weather all year long.
