Sue Tharp

Sue’s special expertise is in the Arlington Heights area, having lived and worked there for over 40 years, but she is ready, willing, and able to service your real estate needs anywhere in the North and Northwest suburbs of Chicago. She became a licensed realtor in 1992 and collaborated closely with her late husband, Al Tharp, for ten years before he unexpectedly passed away in 2002. When their company, National Sunrise Realty, closed in 2002, she joined RE/MAX Suburban in Arlington Heights. Her first full year as a Re/Max associate she was awarded membership in the "100% Club", an elite group of Re/Max top producers! Sue completed courses and earned the GRI designation Graduate Realtor Institute in 2003 to keep well informed about residential real estate.
