About Sue
Susan Vannier was originally educated as a Classical Pianist and then spent years travelling the USA in a show group (musical director), which was an enriching and awesome experience. Communicating, whether from a stage environment or one-on-one in real estate, has always been her passion. Sue loves the rewards of good, clean, honest communication with the people she works with. Her favorite program to promote is "The Way to Happiness." She and her husband have three rescue cats, two steer, and one horse. They live in the beautiful Ozarks between Branson and Springfield, Missouri (SW Missouri). Sue loves to research for projects, which must come from a background of legal and paralegal work. Her mother was a realtor from the time she was five, and never did she think she herself would become one. Her piano teacher and mother were the first to ever co-broke in Phoenix, AZ, let alone the fact that they were both women.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being a real estate professional: integrity, honesty, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network. In Sue’s experience as a realtor, she has found that to provide the very best service is essentially about putting her customers first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
The “client first” viewpoint is very important to her and requires continual improvement on personal skills and ways of doing business. In addition, she has found that the latest technologies enable her to do everything more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped Sue to extend the range of services she provides to her customers. When you decide you would like to buy or sell property in or around Galena, contact Sue.
