To Whom It May Concern - Late in 2015, we were looking to move out of our house that we were in for the past 23 years. As we were driving around, we saw a sign on a house for a rental. The number we called gave us Sue's number. We already failed with two other real estate brokers. We weren't happy until we met with Sue. To start off, Sue was able to get us to view homes the other realtors couldn't/wouldn't show us for one reason or another. Sue showed up on time (most of the time she was there before we arrived) to every home we wished to see. She kept in constant contact with us. We were able to text or call her at any reasonable time which included weekends. Sue was very dedicated to our wishes on a specific home we were interested in. So whether it's to rent or to buy a home, we sincerely recommend, Sue L. Wood. One tip that I recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent a home, is to drive by the area, view the neighborhood and get a feel of it. Then call Sue. She will be there for you.
