Apartment searching seems easy enough that anyone could do it, but what about when looking for private-owned rental properties that are an entirely different beast to work with. My wife and I tried on our own more than once but would get the runaround, having Sukh in our corner was the best thing in the world. Sukh took care of everything from start to finish, from searching for the perfect place to call home to negotiating with landlords; the only thing we had to do was look at properties and sign papers that in turn allowed my wife and me to focus on the family and packing of course.
What can I say Sukh is such a wonderful person to work with, she is hands down one of the best assets to have in your corner when looking for a home or rental property. Not having her be a part of the process would have been a huge mistake and most likely would have failed. Thank you so much, Sukh for all that you have done for my family.

We are first time homebuyers and we came into this with no knowledge of the process of home buying. So many questions and so much cluelessness. However, Sukh was able to not only walk us through the process but provided the hand holding we needed. Sukh is very knowledgeable of the process and is an excellent listener. In that she became a very important person to us, especially during COVID-19. I highly recommend her and promise that you won’t regret having her on your corner. There were so many times we wanted to give up in our search for a home but she was able to talk us off the ledge.
