For our first dream home buy, We worked with Suman and Aaarti very closely. over the time we start becoming like a 1 team and close family friends. Buying home first time its not easy task, and we are fortunate to have suman and Aarti with our journey. the best part about them -
1. Suman and Aarti - they first understand what is our need, expectation, budgets and start aligning us to the market.
2. They are never ever push/force/pressuring us for any property particularly. They always keep the priority to our opinion and work with us like family / friends.
3. Honest feedback and guidance. for every property we viewed together they shared their opinion very clearly to us which helps us to set our expectation.
Lastly - they will provide you warm comfort feeling which is very important because its long run process and we cant win every time during our offers.

Here is my experience working with Suman and Kaajal as Seller realtors for my sale txn.

Although I had seen their names on a lot of open house boards in my neighborhood, I made the call to reach out to them upon getting a strong endorsement from a couple of my friends.

In my first meeting with them, they took my basic details and scheduled an exploratory call. The exploratory call was impressive as they did their homework well before the call, gave a detailed assessment of then-current market conditions, discussed an approach to coming up with an optimal price, potential off-market consideration, and shared the details of various phases in the lifecycle of Sell txn. I said yes and we then got to the actual logistics.

The immediate next step was to give them a tour of the house. This is another area where their expertise clearly showed up. I got a bunch of recommendations from them to beautify the house further (be it type of flooring, paint, etc). They have connections with several service providers and they can take care of house beautification work if we want them to. I opted for it, and it came in as a packaged solution for me.

As the offers started to roll in, Suman and Kaajal had periodic meetings with me and my wife to update us on the progress. Besides that, they were very responsive in the chat messages all the time.

With a few weeks of rigorous work, they helped close the deal! There were several small challenges that we encountered throughout the project. Suman/Kaajal came up with good and often creative solutions.

When I was looking for a realtor at the beginning, the criteria that I was looking at were - Core competency, Communication, Timely Interactions, and Clarity in their message. I can now say with absolute confidence that they checked off all the points that I was looking for.

This is going to be a long review, but it’s worth a read if you have chosen or want to choose Suman as your Realtor.

As a first time home buyer, we were trying to look for a starting point in our search and after a quick search online I found Suman’s profile.

Then we decided to give her a call and never looked back after that.

Right from the first call, Suman was very knowledgeable and laid out all the steps involved in home buying.

Once she understood our requirements (price/location/floor plan etc), she quickly started sharing the houses that matched our requirements.

She even suggested us a lending agent and advised us on getting the pre-approval process done before we start visiting houses.

Even before looking at the home inspection report, she would spot issues in a house and would advise us whether to go ahead or not with the offer.

One thing that is so special about Suman, despite her busy schedule, when our kid fell sick and we couldn’t visit a house, she FaceTimed with us and showed us every room in detail.

It was a pleasure working with her and we would definitely recommend her.
