We found Sumit via Facebook and from our initial conversation to the day we signed the papers he was very professional, committed, and patient with us. They provided valuable insights on the local area, housing market and addressed our needs, cheered us up when we were frustrated. Both of them are always available to discuss, answer questions, share helpful information and kept us motivated and engaged. On one occasion, when Sumit was out of town, Monica adjusted her schedule to accommodate our request at the last minute. Sumit and Monica were very patient and diligent with us when searching for homes. In the tough market as first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what exactly we wanted/were looking for. Our minds changed a lot and during that time, they helped guide us in what to look for in used homes and new builds. They were with us each step of the way. In the end, we decided to get a new build. We had certain selections we were able to customize and they were present during that appointment to help ensure we didn’t feel alone or confused. They were with us for each step: searching for homes, sending (multiple) offers for different houses, discussing home inspections, being there during walk throughs and of course, closing. Even after we closed, they gave us referrals for services needed after closing and guided us through things that need to be addressed. My husband and I highly recommend Sumit and Monica at Keller Williams if you’re looking to buy or sell a home!
