Mrs. Summer is a blessing, very caring, attentive and a super duper professional. Buying a home is complicated and has its own lingo. We didn't have to worry about that however! I met Summer accidentally and what “a find” I found. We were living out of state and after our 3rd visit and many ups and downs ,Summer called me one day and said “I know you and what you like,I have the house for you”.I said great see you this weekend and she went above and beyond to do a video tour for us.She was right ,we love the house. We had an awful experience with our previous lender so she introduced us to an awesome woman who skated us through the VA loan process.We met Summer for the first time many months ago and she has been nothing but professional ,above and beyond in efforts to ensure (especially during Covid 19) we got what we wanted. We drove all over Baldwin county, sometimes I felt bad but Summer stayed positive and I always welcomed her input, she never over stepped. We love the house we are in , the neighborhood and none of it would’ve happened if I didn’t accidentally meet Summer. Whether you’re buying a multi million dollar home or starter home , whatever your needs I highly recommend Summer.
