I recently bought a house with Sunaina and could not have asked for a better agent. Sunaina is very professional, no-nonsense and sharp. It took over 5 months just to find a house I liked and Sunaina was very patient and understanding throughout. We then got our very first offer accepted! She is very considerate of your budget and I never felt pressured while deciding on our offer price.

Sunaina was always on top of things and helped to take a lot of the stress off me as a single homebuyer. She went above and beyond, communicating and negotiating with the lender to save me a lot of money when there was a slight delay with our closing (entirely my fault).

Real estate agents are a dime a dozen in the Bay area, but Sunaina is one of the outstanding ones. Highly, highly recommend!

Sunaina is one of top-notch high performance realtors in Bay Area. She clearly understood what we were looking for and tailored our search to our requirements and budget. She was on top of our house search process from start to end. She understands real estate and market dynamics better than most realtors we have worked with. Sunaina is a great realtor and an awesome person to work with! She helped us in finding our first home in South Bay. We really needed someone who could evaluate all aspects of a house and give all pros/cons if we decide to go with it. She is very detailed and thorough in matching a particular house with her client's requirement. Her comparative market analysis is also thorough and she puts a lot of work in calling other agents to get a good idea for offer price. In this competing market where no contingencies are put with the offers you need a person whom you can trust in each step. For all our offers she spent a good amount of time visiting and evaluating a listing and giving us proper and timely recommendation. What I really like about her is that she is very patient and she never pushed us to pursue any home. I highly recommend her as a home buyer's agent!

My wife and I strongly recommend having Sunaina Arora as your real estate agent, we bought a house and winning the bid would not have been possible with out Sunaina as our real estate agent. We took almost a year to search our house and Sunania was very patient and never made us uncomfortable. She was always pleasant, smiling and very professional. She was always honest and gave unbiased information/suggestion on any property we looked at.

How Sunaina helped us in putting an offer ?
Timing, price estimate and right information. She guided us on when to put an offer. She was very good at her price estimates, couple of houses we skipped sold pretty close to the price Suniana suggested. Her promptness to get the right information in timely manner helped us in making a final decision on the house.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sunaina Arora. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Shee is honest, thorough and very hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. This was our second go at trying to find the "one" and Sunaina was patient with us 5 years ago, and even now in 2020 (Covid!!).
She provided all the pertinent information, kept us appraised of things to look for, things that are ok, things that are not ok.
Even in these covid times, we never felt forced to make an offer, and she was very patient with us while we toured many properties, and she took the initiative a few times to checkout out the property(and surroundings) herself before we got there. When we finally found the "one", she helped us come up with a strong pre-emptive offer. It was a very wise decision in this tough market of bay area.
After our offer got accepted, she was with us every step of the way during escrow, closing and finally getting our keys!

Its been a few weeks since we closed and she still keeps in touch, checking in to see if we need any help, or how to navigate with warranty to take care of some minor appliance issues.
