Sunnie is very very helpful and professional agent. She did showing for us about the house that we were interested in, and explained everything in rich details including its pros and cons, what need to be remodeled and how much and how long it will cost, told us what we need to expect if we plan to buy it. Very important, she is quite knowledgeable and patient to answer our tons of questions. She works very hard, e.g., if she missed our questions during daytime, she definitely replied us as early as she can, sometimes in deep night or early morning. We finally purchased that house and she keeps help us even after we closed our house. She is a very reliable and smart agent and I strongly recommend her to everyone!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was looking to work with someone who was knowledgeable about the Peninsula real estate market and who I could trust to give me sound advice as I navigated the home buying process. Sunnie was exactly that and more: he was patient with me as I asked questions, provided me with objective data on real estate that was comparable to what I was looking for and she was available to speak with me and take me on tours at the drop of a hat. Working with Sunnie, I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the dream house, Sunnie walked me through every step of the negotiations and even ended up getting me more than I could’ve asked for. In short, I felt like she was always working in my best interest and doing what she could to make the home buying process as simple and successful as possible. I know I’ll be working with her again in the future and would highly recommend her to others!

Also very professional to get you the house that you want without offering a high price. Like for my first home she helped me to buy, our offer was not the best one but she was still able to persuade the seller to sell the house to me.
