Sunno great resource for any first time buyer has I was myself earlier in the year. She is willing to provide detail information, be available when needed by text or phone call which is what you want of a real estate agent who is available at need. Provides great new listings and information needed on daily basis so status are updated accordingly. I have already recommended a family member who is a first time buyer to Sunno for her needs going forward as first time buyer. Sunno provided great advice and resources to myself as I was going through the process of home buying. So if you looking for an agent, I highly recommend Sunno has your agent.
