Sunok Choe

Sunok (Sue) Choe has been selling Rossmoor properties for the last 17 years. Her experience selling homes in this unique community has enabled her to thoroughly understand all aspects of Rossmoor, including knowledge of all its neighborhoods, differences in the numerous models, and differences between condominiums and Co-ops from a purchase standpoint.

She loves meeting and collaborating with people and always puts their needs and priorities first. Part of her responsibility is to provide clients with the most current information on market conditions, its trends, comparative sales, and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s rapidly changing market. She believes that her experience and understanding of Rossmoor sales enables her to quickly identify properties that match her client’s needs and to speed up selling/purchasing homes for them.
