She was always very forthcoming, knowledgable, punctual, great at communicating, and very very nice. We bought our home with her and unexpectedly needed to move so we sold our home with her as well. Susan Abshire is a rockstar of a realtor. She was always available (day/evening/nights sometimes) and incredibly patient to answer a bunch of queries we had. She worked to understand our design choices and provided a lot of options (>100+) to consider.

She even told me when I sent her a house to look at, that she wouldn't suggest buying it (but she would get information if we really wanted to).
