Returning to my beloved San Diego from the Bay Area, my wife and I were surprised to find such a highly competitive housing market as we searched for our new dream home. Thankfully, we had Susan to help guide us through the various challenges and (huge!) differences between the Northern and Southern California markets. Ever personable and professional, Susan was very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Susan was INCREDIBLE to work with. She was very honest from the start (even if it wasn’t necessarily what we wanted to hear) which was very important to us. She is extremely knowledgeable and gathered the details of each house we saw and their neighborhoods. Her response time with any questions is so quick which we really appreciated after a bad experience with a previous agent we worked with (from a different company). Susan Adams is an amazing Realtor! She works very hard for her clients when looking for the right property. She make sure that she’s very detailed in the needs of the client and it’s very professional and getting offers excepted.

When she lists your home she makes sure that she’s very detailed in the presentation of the home as well as explaining the entire process to her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the marketing is done beautifully with the most detailed information to bring in buyers so her sellers are able to receive top dollar.

Her communication across-the-board is exceptional. She’s always available to her clients and as always keeping them informed of what is going on during the process. She’s always available and returns calls quickly. If you’re buying a home or selling home she keeps you informed every step of the way.

Susan was an absolute blessing for my husband and I! Being first time buyers we were nervous about looking for and purchasing a home. Susan reassured us that she would take care of us and help us through the process and she truly exceeded our expectations in every way. She would always make herself available no matter what time it was, kept great communication with us, and was always on top of everything. We quickly knew that Susan genuinely cared about us and finding us the perfect home.

Susan is so easy to talk to and we felt comfortable with her from the start. We also always had a good time when we would see her and quickly became friends. Having someone that you're comfortable with, listens to you, and has your back through this process makes a world of difference and that is exactly what Susan did for us.

Lastly, Susan went above and beyond for us. When my husband wasn't available to go through my house walkthrough with me Susan said she would love to join me - which she was not expected to do. Susan made buying a home a fun and stress free process and we are so appreciative of everything she has done and are thankful to have her as a lifelong friend.

Susan was very helpful when it came to negotiating deals. It was a tough market to buy in and she knew exactly what to do. We were out of town for majority of the closing and she did so much for us. We trust her tremendously.
