Susan Adduci

Susan Adduci has been one of the top producers in her office year after year because she is dedicated to her Real Estate business as a full time job. Susan is part of the Adduci Blackwood Group at Baird & Warner, a team recognized for producing in the top 1% of the company She is available to answer your calls or return them in a very timely manner. Communication is the key to success.

Susan is a lifelong south suburban resident and has been very involved in many community groups. She is a former elected village trustee of Homewood, along with having served as a commissioner on the Community Relations Commission in Homewood. Susan was also the Vice President of the Concession Stand Board for Homewood Baseball/Softball/T-Ball. She was also an active member of the Homewood PTA for District 153 schools.

Susan’s ultimate goal is to help you either find the perfect home for you and your family by using her knowledge of the area and/or help you sell your home and get you the very top dollar possible. Either way, the investment in Real Estate is one of the most important transactions you will make and she wants to help make it a smooth process for you.

Susan has her BS in Journalism/Mass Communications from Drake University and will use her expertise in communication to keep you informed every step of the way during a transaction.
