About Me — Susan Kay Apple, Realtor®, Team Leader, and Office Owner
I’m proud to work and live in the beautiful Johnson County area, with my office located at 1005 E 775 S in Nineveh—just outside the highly sought-after Sweetwater/Cordry and Princes Lakes communities. I have a deep love for this area, and I specialize in lake homes, country properties, and the unique lifestyle our community offers.
I’ve been fortunate to work in real estate alongside my lifelong friend and neighbor, who now serves as my broker with ACUP Team. Having someone I’ve trusted all my life guiding and supporting my business has been an incredible blessing, and it strengthens the quality of service I give to each client.
I pride myself on giving close, personal attention to the needs of my clients. I work relentlessly to find the homes they’ve been dreaming of, and I also take great pride in being able to give back—saving my sellers thousands of dollars by offering a listing rate of just 2%, a fraction of what many real estate companies charge.
My team includes my daughter, Katie Dailey, and my friend Caitlin Seitz. Katie and I work throughout many counties, stretching as far south as Bloomington and as far north as Westfield, with our primary focus in Johnson County and Brown County—especially Franklin and Nineveh. Caitlin covers the Indianapolis area and specializes in serving clients in Franklin Township, bringing strong local expertise and care to that market.
On a personal note, I’m a wife, a mother to four daughters, and a grandmother to seven beautiful granddaughters—with a baby grandson on the way. My family means everything to me, and the values of care, integrity, and dedication I hold as a mother and grandmother are the same values I bring to my work every day.
