Sue was recommended to me through the military. Since I was doing a long distance cross country move, I needed a realtor I could trust to be my eyes at different properties. Sue and Joan went above and beyond all of my expectations. I found a home I liked online and Joan immediately got a FaceTime tour set up. Despite a stressful multiple offer situation on the house, Sue and Joan guided me well and we were able to submit the winning bid and close on an amazing home. My husband and I were given Sue’s information from our realtor in Washington. We are a military family so buying a house unseen isn’t anything new to us. Sue went to a few houses for us and videoed us. She gave us her honest opinion. We are excited to say she got us a house in the town we wanted and she didn’t have us go over as much as we were willing to. We were very pleased when we finally saw it. She also suggested someone to do work for the few things we wanted to change.

I was referred to Susan by a friend. After my initial call to Susan, she came to my house the next day. She had paperwork ready for me within a day or two, and found a potential buyer. My house actually sold within a day! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the complexities of selling my house. With my wife about to separate from the military, our deadline to move out of Navy housing was quickly approaching. We began looking for a realtor and a friend recommended Sue Barnhouser. As first-time home buyers, we had hoped that she would guide and direct us as we were unaware of the process and all the details that go into purchasing a home.

Susan Barnhouser!!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. Susan has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities.
