Best realtor in San Mateo County! Working with Susan Berry has been a low stress experience in what is a high stress situation. I will forever be grateful. Susan took care of everything she really made the entire process less stressful. From marketing to repairs, stagging, negotiating strategies, to listing the home. Susan is very skilled with alot of experience in the real estate industry. We got well over the asking price the home sold within 6 days, with multiple offers!

I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home. Susan is professional, hardworking, and keeps you in the loop every step of the way, great with communicating and explaining the home buying and selling process.

Susan was amazing.

Susan came as referral from a friend who was singing praises. During my house hunt, Susan was my 3rd real estate agent (after making multiple offers with other agents to no avail) and showed me the difference a good agent makes during the homebuying process.

She was fully transparent about the process and what she needed from me to increase the changes of winning my property. While being helpful, she was never pushy or adamant that I raise my offer amounts beyond my comfort level and as a first time homebuyer, I was deeply appreciative.

As someone who was hyper nervous about essentially spending my entire savings to this point, I cannot say how much the hand holding for my first home buying process helped. She kept in touch with everyone and was like a one person human command center that managed all the logistics for me with frequent updates so I never felt the need to panic.

Now I can see why she came with glowing recommendations and I can only say thanks to that friend and second that recommendation to anyone that needs an agent who that's on your side and has your best interests in mind.

Susan's expertise is invaluable. She knows the local market very well, and is flexible with the current trends. Working with Susan is wonderful. She is professional, honorable and friendly.

Susan is absolutely the best!

Her knowledge of the market, professionalism and approach to the home buying process are unbeatable. (We were a little terrified due to hearing horror stories of other realtors.) Susan treated us like family and was our advocate through the entire process.

We started off not knowing anything about the homebuying or loan process. She connected us with the right Lender to get pre-approved. Once pre-approved she setup a tour for us of the best areas in our budget range showing us a variety of options.

We ended up buying the first home we bid on and are now in the process of moving into our first home. We have already recommended Susan to our friends and family.

We met Susan when we saw a house on Zillow that we wanted to see. She was the 2nd realtor we met through Zillow. She was nothing like the first realtor who was just looking for us to buy something. Susan is very responsive, listened, and cared about what we were looking for. We’ve been looking for a long time so we knew what we liked and Susan picked up on that right away. Susan is an amazing partner through the home-buying process. We purchased our new homes at the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic when nobody really knew what was going on with the née rules and regulations around touring homes, lender regulations, etc. Susan helped us to navigate this uncertainty with grace & professionalism - and we got the house for $25K under asking!
