Susan Blackwell is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is punctual, thorough and super efficient. If there are any questions you have regarding the homebuying/selling process, Susan is there to assist. She makes sure you are properly educated on every aspect of the homebuying/selling process, so you are able to make the most informed decisions for yourself.

I worked with Susan in 2021 when I first purchased my home. She made sure I understood all of the nuances of the homebuying process, even down to understanding the different types of inspections you would need to ensure you know as much as possible about the property you're buying.

My experience with her was so great the first time around, that I also worked with her to sell that same home in 2024.

I truly appreciate all of the time and effort Susan put in, to make sure I was able to get the deal closed, while also ensuring I stayed educated and informed throughout the entire process.

When trying to sell your home you want someone you can trust. Susie was someone I could trust. She helped us sell our home recently and we recieved more than expected, sold it faster than we thought we would, and the whole time she made us feel like she had our back instead of just treating us like she was in it for the money. This was an absolute friendly and easy experience working with Susie to find our home. Step one, she returned a phone call that three other agents did not do. Hard to believe, but there were and are brokers and agents who do not return calls. Susie worked diligently with every request we had. Smiled, and served our needs!

Two and a half years later, I texted her a request for a document from the purchase. She responded with my request answered pronto!

I lost my husband in Dec. of 21 and made the decision to keep my Alaskan home and sell our ABQ winter property. While awaiting my arrival from Alaska, Susie had my home professionally cleaned, had wonderful pictures take of the property and prepared the listing. 2 days before it listed, Suzie garnered an offer for over asking price.
