04/06/2017 - bunchofmalarkey Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $200K in Maryville, TN. I found Susan through Angie's List while trying to orchestrate an out of state move. Going with her was kind of a shot in the dark, but her reviews were good, so I reached out to her for help. I couldn't have made a better choice! Susan was kind, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable through the entire process. When my husband and I drove up from Florida for a whirlwind house hunt, she took an entire Saturday and part of Sunday to take us all around the Knoxville area looking for homes. Once we were under contract on our home, she made sure someone was at the house every time we had an inspection or repair to be done, since we couldn't be there. As a bonus, she's hilarious, knows a lot about the history of the area, and is just the most genuine person you can hope to meet. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor!

She sold our home and found us a perfect home to purchase in a small geographical area that we were looking in. Susan was great to work with. She was professional, organized, and knew her stuff. She also understands the construction of homes and what to look out for when purchasing a home. She was also great with our daughter. We not only found a great realtor, we also made a family friend. 06/24/2014 - Rachelh37 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Alcoa, TN. Susan was such a godsend for us. Not only did she take an entire day when we drove up from Texas to find a house, she took us around and showed us the neighborhood, schools, and shops in the area around the house. She was patient with all of our questions and issues and helped us troubleshoot a ton of logistics with an out of state home purchase. She is caring and personable as well as professional and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond helping us navigate all aspects of getting our home move-in ready. She has helped us coordinate getting new carpet put in, getting the house cleaned and getting the house repainted. I would use her again in a minute if we ever had to go through this process again
