Shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sue's parents decided to sell their home. Recalling that a friend expressed interest in buying the house if it ever went on the market, Sue made the connection and facilitated a backyard meeting. It was a deal! And, it was fast, friendly and both parties walked away happy.
Of course, buying and selling real estate isn’t always that idyllic. But, with that early transaction as a benchmark, Sue Canepa makes it a priority to ensure that clients feel good about the process and the purchase.
Prior to becoming a broker, Sue had a successful career in marketing and public relations with a specialty in consumer marketing. She leverages her marketing knowledge, deep understanding of consumer behavior, relationship skills and negotiation experience in her work with buyers and sellers. She has experience with everything from single family homes to condos & townhomes and multi-unit buildings.
