I was renting from Susan and she said " Are you ready to buy your own home?" We thought about it very nervous, but Susan informed us she will work with us to the very end. She definitely did. She showed us only the best homes that she would love for herself.

Many people are good at their job, but Susan is not only FANTASTIC at her job, she is an incredible person. You will not have to worry if you can trust her because, within 5 minutes, she will have you feeling like family. We had recently moved to North Florida and left our home for sale in Riverview in Susan's capable hands. I was surprised when she called with an offer within 24 hrs and several more within days after. This was right during the Christmas/New Year holidays so wasn't expecting much activity. Thanks to Susan I sold my second home long distance. Susan is a professional. She took care of everything. She prepared the home for sale and took care of any maintenance issues that came up including hiring a roofer when I needed a new roof. She even shopped for a new microwave that I needed in my home after the other one died. Susan is always available, very knowledgeable and ensures you are a priority when she is talking to you. She has connections to get things done in a timely manner and she takes the time to make sure it is done right. My experience working with Susan was beyond wonderful. I needed a realtor to sell a fully furnished second home. I kept Susan's contact info from probably 10yrs prior based on recommendations and her extensive knowledge of the local market. I contacted her on a Thursday and as expected she was very knowledgeable. In addition, she was easy to contact and a pleasure to talk to. I presented her with a difficult job--to sell my home without me being there at all. This included preparing the home for sale and staging the interior for photos/showings. 24 hrs after the first call, she got back to me with a competitive asking price. Over the weekend, she used her resources and connections to have the home ready for a photographer on Monday-- the home was listed by Tuesday. My home was under contract within 1 wk above market price. She made arrangements to have every item cleared out of the home and even removed a squirrel from the attic.The extent of my involvement was E-signing on my phone and signing a few documents for closing with a notary. And this all occurred in the midst of the global Covid pandemic! She's the best!!!
