Within days of meeting Susan for the first time she had a professional photographer and a professional videographer on site to create absolutely stunning promotional material which literally sold the property in a matter of days! We couldn’t believe how fast she jumped into action and got the job done. From day 1 through to closing Susan provided timely and meaningful updates so that we were never left in the dark about any aspect of the sale. The support team she uses is equally amazing!

Susan Colella is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! From the first day that we met with Susan, she has been nothing but Exceptional with the selling of my home. Along with the sale, she has also been involved with the building of our new home.

Susan is an absolute delight to work with. She assisted me with listing and selling my rental home in Aurora. Better said, she became my trusted partner in this transaction. Selling a single-family rental property, particularly during Covid, is incredibly challenging, made more so for me as I live 2,000 miles from the property. Susan was recommended to me when I was looking to sell my parent’s house in Naperville after they passed away. From the beginning she was very attentive to my questions and concerns and offered numerous suggestions. One of the nice things with Susan is she has a ton of knowledge and shares her ideas, but she is was also open to my input and suggestions. She did a great job of generating pre-market excitement allowing us to start receiving offers prior to the house officially going on the market and eventually selling at a higher price per sq foot than comparable houses. Although this house was not the most expensive Susan will ever sell, she treated it and the process as if it were. She always gave it her full attention. I have also used Susan on the buyer’s side and have been equally impressed. I have recommended Susan to others and suggest if you are selling or buying real estate in Chicago’s western suburbs to look her up and see if she can help you too.

Susan is a wonderful realtor, especially if you're a first time buyer like we were. She was patient and understanding when we backed out of offers. She made sure to get us all paper work we needed to fill out that same day, and while we were going through our almost two month search, she sent us new properties practically every day. Susan was always available to answer questions for us and very flexible with her schedule to show us the properties. What I really appreciated was how much she is not a passive realtor. After we put in offers, Susan would continually check in with the listing agent and tell them about how much we loved the house and talk up how we would be great buyers and compatible with the sellers. She would let us know right away if our offer was chosen or not. She was also so wonderful and patient with our kids when we brought them to showings. If we ever need to sell or buy a home again, Susan will be the first call we make it happen!

Susan Colella was a breath of fresh air! We have had several homes that we have sold in the past and can easily gauge the quality and commitment the real estate agents offer. Susan provided full dedication from the "get go". She was an excellent listener and communicator, responding to any questions very quickly...either through text or phone. Susan understood what we were looking for and she effectively articulated an action plan to help us achieve our goals in selling our house quickly at top dollar. She utilized all branches of Social Media and networked with other sources quickly! This enabled us to "hit the ground running" with unbelievable high views \ showings and eventually helped to sell our home within 2 weeks of listing. Not only did it sell quickly but it may have been one of the highest selling homes by square foot ever in our subdivision. All of this took place within the Covid 19 craziness!
