Connecting with people and learning what is important to them is what Susan Crane does best. Once she knows the seller/buyer’s concerns, she can address the issues that pertain to them as individuals. Buying and selling a home is not the same exact process for everyone.
Clients appreciate that Susan has the resources to help them spruce up their yards, paint, update, and stage their homes in preparation for selling. To many, the paperwork is endless. Throughout the process, Susan will be there to help clients understand the terms, and language of the contract, disclosures, and inspections.
As a Realtor, Susan will work directly with the lender and escrow officer to make sure clients’ contract stays on track. The team is there for the clients. Time is of the essence in a purchase agreement, and it is Susan’s responsibility to be sure all the service providers are coordinated for the clients. This ensures that when hiccups may arise, the team is aware, and taking the action necessary to stay on track.
