Susan has been a licensed agent since 1989 and actively selling with MCO Realty since 1992. She specializes in listings, resales and new homes and strives to make the real estate experience as stress-free as possible. And she does this by communicating with her clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Personal Info: Susan attended Kent State University and worked in Property Management for a number of years. Education is very important to her and staying on top of current technology. She holds the following designations: GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), e-pro (Technology Certification Program) and CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator). She also has served on the Professional Standards Committee at the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, the AZ Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Susan is "Mom" to two rescues a boxer and a lab mix. Susan and two other friends started a non-profit dog rescue group and have been instrumental in re-homing and saving strays and owner surrendered dogs. She participates in walking rescues three times a week to help socialize and love them.
Career Highlights: Susan has been "Sales Person of the Month", and has received the MCO Realty "President's Award" and MCO's Award of Excellence for Multi-Million dollar closed transactions. She has produced a highly visible ad campaign, a website and a strong presence on realtor.com. Susan conducts her real estate transactions the "old-fashioned" way with an emphasis on person-to-person relationships.
