Susan De Leon

Susan works directly and closely with her buyers and sellers all along the beautiful Emerald Coast in Navarre and the surrounding areas. She specializes in first-time homebuyers, relocations from all parts of the United States, retirement downsizing, and all types of properties from beach front homes to luxury properties, residential properties, condominiums, vacant land to new construction. She is also commercial certified.

It is her mission to provide her clients with the highest level of professional and efficient service. She believes listening and communicating are the integral components of the client/realtor relationship. She strives to ensure that each of her clients is well informed, and that his/her priorities and needs are met. She walks her clients through the entire process of buying/selling their home, so that the experience is enjoyable for all.

In addition to Real Estate, she has extensive customer service, sales and management experience. She is an active in the local Navarre Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and serve on NABOR's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Committee, Education Committee, and Annual Holiday Party Committee.

She also enjoys being active in my community. She is the former Director and current member of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce and have served as the Co-Chairman of the Hidden Creek Annual Golf Tournament. In her free time, she loves to create driftwood and shell art, which she sells in a few local shops.

She has resided and worked in Navarre for the past thirty years, and she still feels blessed every day to call Navarre her home.
