Susan showed my wife and I a variety of properties (in excess of 20), she always came prepared with property descriptions and details of each property . She would take down all of our questions and she would supply us with answers typically within that business day. She is very thorough and extremely conscientious on helping us as buyers, her knowledge of the local market certainly places her in class all by herself. Susan, was very accommodating in meeting our schedule and availability as we were looking at homes and lived out of town. She scheduled a variety of homes all within our requested amount and we never felt our time was wasted with her. Susan attention to detail makes the buying process seamless and smooth and we certainly appreciate that. What makes Susan a great real estate agent is , she knows how to LISTEN!!!!! Susan was fantastic from the start. We had a unique purchase request because we were looking for owner-financing. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She even researched the local preschools for us and gave us a printout. We were also trying to purchase while still in Colorado. She was always quick to respond to calls and emails. Susan was very responsive to our needs! We moved to TN from AR and only had 1 week for house hunting, had to extend closing and adjust closing date due to inclement weather. Through it all Susan called and emailed all to coordinate with the seller's agent, the mortgage company, the termite inspector and appraiser. She was even able to get the sellers to agree to early possession (3 days prior to closing) so that we didn't have to stay in our RV during below freezing temperatures, snow and ice. - - - - - - - - - - Connie
