Susan has over 26 years’ experience in Southwest Florida, serving Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero markets. She was a top new home sales agent representing one of the country's largest home builders, prior to transitioning into general real estate. With deep local neighborhood knowledge, firsthand understanding of Buyer and Seller needs and priorities, along with proven negotiating skills, she's able to successfully navigate the evolving home buying and selling process.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Susan enjoyed over 15 years as an administrator for a mid-Atlantic real estate developer.

Prior to a real estate career, Thom, with an M.Ed., was a teacher, coach and athletic director in Ohio, followed by a successful pharmaceutical career in Trade Relations and Logistics for United States and Canada.
