If anyone is looking for a realtor I would highly recommend Susan! She is very knowledgeable and truthful - something that is so important to have in a realtor! We used Susan to help us find an apartment when we’ were moving from out of state and the second we wanted to buy a house we went right to Susan! Susan is very hardworking and will ensure that she has answered all your questions! Susan is such a great “people person” and allowed us to be able to close on the first contract we tried to get, even in this crazy market! I would 100% use Susan again in the future for any housing needs!

Very hard to express the words when you place trust and confidence in some to find you a home in a very tough market..yet she did. We must have gone over 50 homes in our search and we trekked countless miles in Central Jersey, and she was so accommodating to us and our crazy schedules.

I am very greatful and appreciated the time and effort she put in to help our family..I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for that particular home. Thx you Susan.

I know looking for your first home is the most difficult transition for someone who is moving for one state to another. Well in my case it was. Especially being a first time home buyer not knowing anything but that's in my back account and your loan amount😂. . I worked with a few realtors whom seemed ready to work with me but not willing to put in the work. I got discouraged at first like "ahhhh forget it, I'm not going to be able to find the right home for me". I went back on zillow to look for homes an bumped into Susan DeVoe, after 3 months of looking for a home. When I contacted Susan for help I told her "I'm exhausted an feeling like giving up". She told me to "relax, there's homes going for sale everywhere" an ensured me that I was going to get the home that I would see my self in that's in my budget. Her aura was soooo soothing and instilled faith into me an my situation. I continued looking for homes an sent them too her and Susan analyzed details about the homes that she found concerning an suggested to keep looking. Soo I did. Then one morning I saw my perfect home an inside of me cried an said this is my home. I sent it right away to Susan an expressed my feelings for this one home after looking at 5 other ones with realtors who didn't really seem to have my best interest at heart. She did her magic an got me the home that I said was my dream home. I could say in like a month an a half I was in my new home. She helped me find a loan office that helped me with my loan after the bank approved me then turned around an denied me mid way into the deal of signing for the home. I'm now currently living in my 5 bedroom house with my mortgage at lower than what my rent was comfortably an it's all because of Susan. Her communication with me was A1. She didn't leave me blind sided on what was happening it was just perfect. I'm surely going too work with her again, Susan knows what she's doing. Bruh I worked with 4 other realtors who did nothing but waste my time. You'll have to trust my word an just stick with Susan as your first choice. You won't be disappointed. I promise you.
