Born and raised on Chicago’s North Side, living in various Chicago neighborhoods as well as the North Shore has broadened Susan’s perspective as to why buyers choose a home, a lifestyle, a community. With a specialty in transitioning from the city to North Shore, she has called Chicago’s West Ridge, Lincoln Square, Wicker Park, Logan Square, and Wilmette neighborhoods, as well as her current address in Lake Forest — “home.” Beyond the closing table, Susan strives to help her clients integrate to their new area, and acts as a vast resource of contacts for any number of home, school, and community needs. Passions and Pastimes
Susan enjoys quality family time with her husband and two young children, and is especially drawn to the culture, architecture, and recreation unique to life on the North Shore. When she’s not working or with family, Susan can be found browsing local estate sales, working on rehabbing and designing her own home, and pouring through architecture and design magazines to stay abreast of current trends.
