Helping people has always come naturally to me—and when I became an agent in 2002, it completed my passion to serve people who were making a difficult decision: “Where do we want to live?” Working with buyers, I enjoy that magical moment when clients walk in a house and look at their loved ones and say, “It’s the one—as if the cane was in the corner from ‘Miracle on 34th Street!’” When listing a house, I work to perfect the staging & coordinating all the details, lining up professional photographs, and closely work with the title company to ensure a smooth transaction from curb to closing. My key qualities I use during each transaction are honesty, patience, integrity, negotiating, and communication. In the end, it’s a win-win when they walk through that door and say, “There’s No Place Like Home!”
