Susan Edwards

Susan is originally from Orange County, California and is now a real estate agent in The Woodlands and Spring areas. She has been licensed since 2006 and through her career, has come to value honesty and integrity over a sales commission. Her work mantra is trust is golden. A successful real estate transaction includes coordinating the volumes of paperwork required for each transaction, with accuracy, keeping open and effective communication with the lender, escrow agent, and cooperating agent, and hitting crucial targets throughout the transaction. In her first career, Susan supported corporate CEOs and VPs for fifteen years and managed Human Resource Information Systems. There she built a work ethic of mastering data, optimizing procedures, providing service, and being creatively resourceful. She has the knowledge and experience to successfully market listings and work with sellers but also enjoys helping buyers find their perfect home providing the options and information that are key to making an informed decision and a sound investment. She has lived and worked in Spring and The Woodlands area for 17 years.
